Paul Matthews is a summa cum laude law school graduate. He is a former partner in the Manhattan Immigration firm of Matthews & Schiff and has been in private practice since 1996. He is the president of the New York County Family Court Bar association. Mr. Matthews also holds an M.B.A. degree (with Honors) and is a former arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
